Are you thinking about working with us? Here is what you can expect.
Determine what type of services you want. This can range from a clean-up project to monthly bookkeeping and advisory services.
Schedule a Consultation. Click here to schedule a 30-minute consultation. During the consultation, we will discuss what you need and are looking for.
Once the consultation is complete, you will be emailed a quote within 24 – 48 hours.
If you want to proceed, you will then receive an agreement in which you will have an opportunity to review and then sign.
Once the agreement is signed, the Onboarding process will begin! If you are receiving advisory or short term services, then the work will begin on that.
For clients receiving accounting services, the onboarding process generally requires several meetings for us to become more familiar with your organization and evaluate current financial operations. During Onboarding, a Quickbooks Online account will be created if you do not already have one.
Then, your bank accounts will be linked to Quickbooks, which will be read-only. Once processes are developed, the Standard Operating Procedure will be finalized. This will provide guidance on what is needed to perform various tasks in an accurate and efficient manner.
